This is an opportunity to join a growing team who develop
applications to support our equity market making and trading
businesses. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, as
well as an interest in learning the equity trading business. The
system has a large amount of automation.
Skills Required:
- Strong C++ skills
- Strong Unix / Linux skills
- Multi-threaded programming
- Performance analysis
- Strong debugging skills
- Design Patterns
- Need to be able to work in a team environment.
- Be comfortable expressing your ideas in meetings, design
sessions, etc.
Skills Desired:
The following is helpful, but not required
- Java / Swing experience
- FIX protocol
- Equity market making & trading (cash and derivatives)
